3. YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1 TVA Online Sales - Your obligations as a buyer
a. When you use the Service to buy in an online sale, you are making an offer to buy the item at your nominated price. You must purchase the item you have nominated & won - pay the Winner's Buyer Amount, plus any additional charges that you may be obliged to pay.
b. Please take care when placing a nominated amount as it cannot be withdrawn.
Point 12. Provides useful definitions for the online sales process. For example, AUTOBID place a maximum $ amount when you are the under bidder. Do not manually bid if you have placed an autobid. Wait for a notification to tell you that you have been outbid before placing another $ amount.
12.j Bonus Time is available on all TVA Online Sales. This means that the closing time will be extended. Read 'Conditions of Sale' for full details.
WINNER - If you win the item, you will receive notification via email stating you are the winner and location of purchase, accompanied by a tax invoice. NB. If you do not receive an invoice and your account has been debited, let us know so we can resend from the website www.tva.net.au sale system.
COLLECTION Within two weeks of ANY Sale closing. Failure to collect in a timely manner may result in storage fees.
PAYMENT - NOTED ON YOUR WINNING PURCHASE INVOICE AS - OWING or PAID. PAYMENT IS DIRECT DEBITED FROM YOUR CARD AT the CLOSE OF SALE, UNLESS OVER THE VALUE OF $5,000, THEN A DEPOSIT WILL BE DEBITED & YOU WILL NEED TO PAY THE BALANCE WITHIN 48 HOURS.
CREDIT CARD UPDATE FACILITIES ARE NOW AVAILABLE THROUGH YOUR PERSONAL LOGIN 'MY ACCOUNT - ACTIVITY'. Failure to have an up-to-date credit card & sufficient funds will result in an Administration Fee.
